The Alnwick Garden are offering our nationally/internationally recognised Winter Light Trail to businesses to sponsor. With hundreds of thousands of visitors through our doors and running from November to early January, your business could benefit from huge brand exposure. Most importantly, your sponsorship will directly support our community charity to improve the wellbeing, educate and empower our most vulnerable community members.

Sponsor one of our light trail evenings (choose a date in December)
Sponsorship includes:
– Rental of small advertising space to chat with our visitors and promote your business.
– Logo/story on our website.
– Access to our VIP launch event.
– 50 free tickets to the trail for staff or corporate clients. (Free booking via Eventbrite, managed by The Alnwick Garden.)
Cost £5,000
Sponsor one of our light trail installation zones* for the duration of the event (late November – early January)
Sponsorship includes:
– Plaque of your business name next to your chosen installation. Includes call to action for prospective customers and the story of how your sponsorship has helped our charity.
– Logo/story on our website and joint national press releases featuring your business.
– Access to our VIP launch event.
– 100 free tickets to the trail for staff or corporate clients. (Free booking via Eventbrite, managed by The Alnwick Garden.)
Price upon request but £15,000-£22,000 indicative
– Exclusive use of both The Alnwick Garden and Lilidorei for the evening, for up to 1,500 of your staff, families and VIPs.
– Free parking
– Timed tickets to the Garden Light Trail per evening, from 4pm to 9pm.
– Timed tickets to Lilidorei for a 2.5 hour play session from 4pm to 9pm.
– Free booking via Eventbrite, managed by The Alnwick Garden.
– Cafés and catering kiosks open.
